That's the viewpoint of a Penske Racing General Counsel Lawrence Bluth. In testimony Friday in Castroneves' trial, the prosecution witness said it would be "terrible" for business.
Castroneves is a two-time Indy 500 champion on trial for tax evasion. His lawyer and sister also face charges, and all three face more than six years in prison if convicted.
